A beautifully carved English Regency period mahogany footstool, in the Greek revival taste. The footrest with scrolled volute taken from the modillion of the Corinthian order, with central paterae & scrolling honeksuckle. With crisp egg & dart turned frieze to four sides, supported on anthemions to the corners. Untouched original state. UK c 1815.
