Acquatint with original hand colouring from Capt R. M. Grindlay’s ‘Scenery, Costumes and Architecture chiefly on the Western Side of India’. Grindlay’s book was published in serial form from 1826 – 1830 & was one of the most beautiful ever published on India.
Purchased many years ago in Tasmania, original paper size with minor old discolour to title edges.
