The top unfolds to produce hinged bookshelves, an adjustable dressing mirror, with fitted writing & stationery boxes that also unfold. In two sections for ease of transport for military campaign travel. Untouched excellent original condition with good colour & patina. Mahogany veneered with walnut to the drawer fronts, original lacquer to brass, leather, mirror, Bramah & Lever locks, & removable feet. After 150 years the drawers still move like silk. 163cm H x 100cm W x 51cm D.
