A fine English Regency period small table, well fitted with a pair of slim drawers to one end & a deep drawer to the other, the fronts with dummy drawers. Well crossbanded & inlaid, the fine reeded legs & idiosyncratic form relate closely to examples designed by Gillows of Lancaster.

Of rounded rectangular form, with moulded edge, the two drop sides forming a large oval when extended on two pairs of hinged bracketed legs, with eight square chamfered legs, the whole made from beautifully patinated Cuban mahogany.
