George III tea caddy attributed to John Cobb

A very fine quality, large, George III period tea caddy with well fitted interior. The marquetry work in satinwood,  harewood, tulipwood and rosewood.  The central ribbon tied garland in satinwood typical of the work of London cabinet maker to George III, John Cobb.

Excellent old patina. Replaced glass sugar bowl.
