Neolithic Shell Bracelet. Thailand (Ban Chiang Culture). Circa 2,200 – 200 BCE. Tridacna Giganta (giant clamshell). Incised with mostly worn auspicious symbols, the bracelets were both worn in life, and in death. 110mm dia x 4mm. Old wear, lateral repair. A finely formed example.
