An elegant & rare Scottish Regency ormolu mounted, lyre end sofa table in Brazillian rosewood, in excellent original condition wuth a finely figured top, patina & no repairs to the sabre legs.
With original handles & locks to the drawers, with two pairs of drawers to each side. Lined in laburnum, as typical of Edinburgh work. The brass strung lyre ends emblematic of Apollo, God of the arts & music. c 1820
